I have no Idea how many couches and mattresses I have disposed of this year.

They moved in with a broken washing machine that they set out on the back porch and left that behind along with a broken window air conditioner, a freezer they unplugged but left half filled with rotted meat, bags of mismatched shoes, broken furniture, childrens clothes, christmas ornaments, soggy bedding, rotting mattresses, more dirty diapers and, ironically, unused condoms.IF you can get a Section 8 tenant who can manage NOT to have a boyfriend/girlfriend/"fiance"/brother/sister/aunt/uncle/cousin/cousins children/babydaddy/babymomma/grandchildren come live with them because they've been evicted/kicked off someones couch/basement and have no place else to shack up you might have a chance to keep your rental unit in decent shape under this program. 

We're pretty pleased with it so far and are super excited about hosting our first set of guests at the end of December.Slowly but surely, we've gotten past the small expenses like stocking paper supplies, dinnerware, and linens and are starting to look at the larger expenses like new TV, mattress and new living room furniture.The two crumby recliners and the outdated TV in the listing photos are already out. 

Several times I noticed air up mattresses for beds.

There will be more mattresses bought as population grows.

We came back from very long trip and then found my apartmnet was flooded , they drilled holes in ceilings to drain apartment above us , holes everywhere on our ceilings, made our rooms flooded, furniture damage kitchen appliance, filthy water everywhere mattresses, clothing in stores wet,  please tell me what to do next.....very rude management, big machined dehumidifiers everhwhere, we were shocked , above all they didnt even informed us befor throwing my rugs in my patiopm couches in kitnchen....broke my couch, t.v stand , cbale wires all aound......and when we got into office, they say , hey why you guys are here is everything o.k....Manager didnt know anything.....o.m.g.....we have 3 kids......such a terrible incident, everything is ruined, water got into everything...they are not letting us get out of lease, thinking to get a lawyer, how to get claim done...should i sui them...please advice...thankyou

Getting mattresses, couches and other large items picked up is expensive.If you caulked holes from the tv installation, it sounds like the patches were done incorrectly and will need to be redone.

2) The local sheriff/coroner will tell you if there's any crime scene to preserve and while you're waiting for this clearance, you can assemble your team of expensive-but-underpaid professionals.3) I used a company specializing in crime scene cleanups and they showed up in their moon suits to remove the remaining nasty sources of odor, including the mattress, floor covering and part of the plywood flooring in bedroom.4) Moon suit guys used an ozone generator, left on for several days.
