If you are talented you can (hire someone who can) paint a tile pattern or swirled marble/stone pattern and cover with polyurathane.

For instance, if you purchased marble, but received a cheaper stone - it is often difficult to know whether the stone is marble or quartz simply by looking.

@Arica Rogers did your statues changed to paid at the bottom when landlord received payment or before ?

If you want to sell millionaire homes and have found neighborhoods that are the next millionaire's row, but you can't find anyone to do Venetian plaster ceilings or install Carrera marble shower inlays you may have to back up and punt. 

I was told that purchasing from owner is not an option because it was on the list, but have been unable to find a specific statue or ruling (??)
