Thanks Nick, Ive been talking with agents and those who have listings of multi family to ask if their sellers have any more in the portfolio, and joined some FB groups too for whole salers in VA.

@Guy IdanA great way to learn about syndicators is joining a Community - there are quite a few dedicated to passive investing in syndications. 

I also have a Facebook group called Lend2Live: A Private Lender Collaborative you can join exclusively for PMLs to connect, learn and share best practices.

In the future, I will also be scanning my buyers much more in depth to make sure this does not happen again and that they are legitimate cash buyers, not just someone jumping on a good deal.

I'd love to join a team that includes agents that are also investors.
