Does any one have expierence Wholesaling in New Jersey?

You've discovered what many others have before you... that is the numbers just don't make sense in most parts of our beautiful coastal California.The fact is the rent-to-value ratios are very low here, as they are in many parts of the U.S. such as New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, etc.

I'd also recommend setting up one for "Pennsylvania" "Trenton" and "New Jersey" so you'll be informed when people talk about the areas you care about.
