Crazy thing, the house is on a very busy intersection and the entire yard is visible from the street.

The grocery store that was near the Brownsville Road/18th Street intersection is now a UPMC facility. 

I'm hopeful our paths will intersect at some point.

Ideally, I'd like to live around the area of where 95 and 200 intersect. 

I would recommend intersections, entrances to Home Depot, Lowe's, Churches, Schools, Trade businesses as well.

As the demand curve slides out in response to the Fed's interest rate stimulation, as long as the supply of real estate remains roughly stable, prices of real estate will actually increase (imagine the intersecting supply and demand curves as the demand curve slides further out--the point of intersection will move higher, indicating an increase in price). 

There are no signs that the particular intersection, or anything close by, are seeing any types of development currently, nor in the near future.

I Also wanted to span then out on the major intersections you had to take in order to get into these shopping malls.
