Not sure if that’s because I’m lower in the pecking order or if they are telling all investors it will be the later date.I’m also concerned with the potential impact on building costs.

Are you currently working on lining up funding or looking at potential properties yet? 

Maybe their guess at what the market value is is actually what the market value could potentially be if someone (the next owner) does the hard work of getting the rents up to that value.

Those are great areas with solid potential.
