But to give you an idea: Take for instance a turnkey 3-Story in Fitler Square (A Class Neighborhood) averages around $550k-$600k+.

I personally fired my public adjustor - it's a long story - but I was capable and better able to advocate for myself better than a public adjustor could.

So, while this information is important to collect and consider, you can't fully rely on these metrics to tell the full story.
