Sometimes they have office staff that handles status changes that do not work on weekends, so I would not be overly quick to call the agent a liar.

Came to PM asking about lack of cash flow maybe I wasn't pointed enough in my questioning and yes I'm easily intimidated by my PM and her staff (who often treat me like crap or act irritated when I ask questions or want to argue a point) Needless to say, I was told what I wanted to hear and it all adds up on paper  but the question remains of why I still am not profiting rather than maintaining.

We ended up going full scale the other way since it was taking so much staff time tracking down money for our owners, which basically makes us look bad.Now tenants have 3 ways to pay.
