Just looking for the next city to live in that offers an active / vibrant life style where I can setup a few more str.

I describe A or B plus neighborhoods as places where professionals would feel comfortable living with good school districts or close to vibrant parts of the town. 

All affordable and have vibrant places and things to do as well as strong growth in diversified industries.  

It was a tad more vibrant blue that I would have chosen.  

We have 1 duplex and 3 SFH's however this is our first commercial and it's mixed use.This is a downtown "main st"-type property in a vibrant small midwestern town consisting of two 2-story buildings built in the late 1800's.  

Also we have a habitual lateness clause in our leases, which states that for every 3 consecutive late payments the rent goes up $30 a month for the rest of the lease.  

Indy felt like it was vibrant and making some good infrastructure investments.this is just my two cents of course, and more just my impressions than actual advice!
