I am sure we will not be able to live there since that place will be far away from my location.However, if I buy nother house close by and if I can move into that house,then I can be eligible for a FHA loan ?

If the rates that i get from the local banks are disappointing i'll give the AACU or another credit union a try.Edit: I am not eligible for an AACU loan as I don't work for the airline industry.

If 77% of America is eligible for a zero percent investment income, I would say that's fairly generous. 

Hmm;  Just like a day trader on Wall Street, the REI REQUIRES that you understand:the market itselfrules of the engagementand fundamentally,  THE NUMBERS!

This structure does have eligibility requirements, though it does sound like you would meet the self employment aspect if you are flipping homes outside of the retirement account.

I learned that there is a fundamental disconnect between how the two groups viewed buildings. 

Will this affect my grant eligibility next year, if so would it be worth it?
