A house is sold for %5 commission. 100k.2.5% each on buying and selling side.You represent the buyer. 8% comes off the top for your franchise and you split 75/25 with your broker.2500(.92) = 23002300(.75) = 1725.

Just to add even more confusion.Some of my biggest deals were against all the criteria "rules" most say you to use.This isn't a franchise you don't buy in and follow exact guidelines, while yes you don't need to reinvent the wheel.

I dont know too many successful people who could pull off a 4HWW, but mostly because they like to be in CONTROL of what they are doing and where the business is going.I do know a few landlords that are working 4 hours a week or less, and one or two restaurateurs who put in 60 hour weeks for years to build a franchise, and now basically manage finances and collect checks from a beach in mexico.Is it possible?

The big companies that run large numbers of stations are probably a lot better at identifying potential locations than the average person.Plus many gas stations are just branded franchises and most of those are on leased property.
