Just my 2 cents, BBB rating only means the firm paid $600 to get the good rating, so why is BBB any less of a scam.

I own properties in a number of states and have hired and worked with a number of property mgmt firms and these guys hands down are the worst.

For example, don't have your CPA firm do your books, why because if there is a mistake they won't catch it. 

California has a lot of nuances, but most virtual CPA firms on BP are familiar since such a large portion of clients come from there! 

The few deals I've analyzed from this firm are not surprisingly artificially low on the rehab, and artificially high on the ARV. 3.

Are they a nationwide firm?
