It's a neighborhood inside the 21213 zip code of Baltimore.When I see property listings for other townhomes in Belair-Edison, the neighborhood is referred as "world-famous belair-edison neighborhood" and other such lofty phrases.I get a postcard, text message, phone call or direct mail about once a week with offers to buy it from me.I also own two properties less than a mile from there in 21214, which I get exactly zero calls on.So, I'm wondering... why do investors want into this neighborhood so badly?

I know many of the more famous TV guru's personally.. and I have sat and talked to many a student.. but when I go out on the bus rides I can just tell that for each 30 people on those bus's or are sitting in a room of 400 students.. not all are going to successful.. there simply is not enough inventory to buy if every single person on BP what is it 500,000 and then all the guru students who probably equal or exceed that number if they WERE ALL doing deals.. how many deals would there be.. as stated this is a very tough business,, and you must be driven and have some inate ability in the first place.were the business of real estate education gets hyped is simply the same thing that happens in MLM they are based in the exact same sales techniques .. they are after all just trying to sell their systems to students..

And here is the proof... if you could choose this:where ALL the leads are highly motivated and 100% completely free, where I don't lift a finger, all automatic on demand while I eat sleep or poop leads flood into my inbox..or scanning the mls and calling and sending mailers, and skip tracing mailers, like all the famous and known people do...which one would you choose?
