The loan on a property shouldn’t factor into the taxes.

I understand there are other factors such as pitch etc. but i am trying to get ballpark range. 

Depending on how much you need to raise the rents to market, the other updates in the building that are needed, how quickly you can rent to market rents will all drive your decision.

It’s a failure and it didn’t hurt my drive.
