I'm not sure if you're in the flatter northern half of the State or the hilly south half and/or if a berm could be built in the backyard or who, if anyone, has a yard that joins yours.The challenge of course, if finding the right person.

Because interest rates are high right now it probably doesn’t make sense to pull extra cash just to stick it in a bank account.

So when I was getting closing to signing on the load it cost me %.5 extra in interest because the property wasn't occupied. 

Property was more disgusting than we anticipated and we had to put extra money into deeper cleaning.

And it doesn't always match up to half the mortgage since the mortgage has nothing to do with rental rates.

And this is now becoming problematic as it takes a half hour or more for a transaction to clear.  

I don’t have any debt besides my mortgage fortunately or unfortunately however you look at it, and I’m not opposed to using my extra funds to buy down my mortgage but I’m afraid it won’t lower my DTI quite enough.
