I have 2 policies with them for many years and have paid (like everyone else) enormous and continuously growing amounts of money for insurance.

This would be an enormous help both in terms of time and savings.Does anyone know of such a thing??     

That's an enormous amount of money for the average person. 

If I'm renting a house for $500/month, that means (at 5%) I'm saving a whopping $25/month...or and enormous $300/year just in case, just in case what?  

For example, my Converted Multi Family 2 Bed unit has about 900sqft of living space, in unit washer/dryer, private deck, access to backyard, walk in closet, bedroom office suite, enormous granite kitchen island, 42 inch cabinets, and basement storage - rents for 1400/M.

We also make the tenants responsible for any issue at all with fleas which can be an enormous problem.
