Emphasis on might!

Im assuming kind of like a fix and flip but hold so maybe the BRRRRR without an emphasis on the refinance.....   

This development put a lot of emphasis on bringing up this neighborhood and has been and will continue to educate people in our neighborhood for the construction jobs for this development.

I think a lot of times, especially with the emphasis on digital communication now, people can overlook the importance of interacting in person and putting forth an effort to put their best foot forward. 

@Kasey Newbold:I concur 100% with what Ross has said and would add to put particular emphasis on the contractors evaluation of the property and cost to rehab.

I am a contractor who installs window film for commercial and residential applications, with an emphasis on commercial.  

Remember, we  have the worst traffic in the country and a subway system that's tragically on the decline because of mismanagement (opinion thrown in for emphasis:))Catching a 4 unit in the District would be ideal if you work downtown in my opinion.
