We had a mgt company from the start and I fired them because they just charged too much for little things here and there, and it was eating up my monthly rent.

Sometimes I think it’s becuase people are eating elsewhere (even another close subway.) sometimes the whole mall is empty except that last coupe, hold outs.

Whether you fix it up or not, you will eat the most by getting it on the MLS......you’ll find all the investors/agents looking for this kind of deal, not the 10% or so you’ll “off market” marketing.

Not only do you lose schedule, but hanging out in airports is not cheap unless your're going eat junk food/McDonalds while you wait.
