Forgive me Dave Ramsey, but paying cash for everything is a pipe dream to most people.

Along my journey to financial freedom i came across real estate as an investment vehicle to supply my life dreams of being able to attend all my kids games and still have a cash flow able to provide my dream life and goals.Trought my adult life my girlfriend and her family have stood by and watched me  change for the better. loving and supporting us while fighting there own battle.

This may be a pipe dream financially and if it is would certainly entertain a main building with cottages.

I had primarily been a buy/hold investor working a "9-5 dream" and slowly building my investment portfolio.

They get sold a dream on a spreadsheet and then life happens and its not what was accounted for in the spreadsheet.Then there's those of us who make a solid effort to understand and visit the areas we invest.

I call a service for that.The biggest issue that holds people back is a low risk tolerance brought upon them by some paranoid delusion.If you educate yourself enough, you can wind up living your dreams rather than dreaming to live.
