I had to find something that would distract my mind from work and then after this distraction immediately talk with people about it and get opinions (For me it was either a competitive game with friends, whether basketball or cards).

Cons: Taking a lot of time out of my days to get the license, costing valuable $$ that could be going into DM campaigns, and a little nervous it's distracting me from taking my eye off the prize - in other words is this just one more place I am choosing to get more educated rather than just diving in and making deals.

In general most people get too distracted with the background noise of "having a business" that they forget to actually do business.I have been checking CraigsList, calling FSBO's and making moves toward doing, but have yet to close my first deal.What are your goals?
