Well I went to see the place and to my disappointment it was a wreck.

So, if you have only one specific place in mind you're likely to be disappointed. 

I moved and my second brokerage does not offer it-- highly disappointed.

Since many of the disappointments I know can be experienced are far harder to take than many people may think of course I want to help others not make the same mistakes I made or suffer the things I have because of investing in real estate.

I'm disappointed with the content. 85 % of the course is focused towards "Mindset" which basically is just telling you to think "positive and take action" which pretty much translates into "become a FB member and pay us the 30K".

That being said, if there is someone else who is depending on your consistency (if only a weekly update call) you will be more eager to not disappoint. 

Bill Gulley I am not offended in the slightest bit, just a bit disappointed that I now have another large task to add to my RE journey.
