So I would like to get the opinion of some experienced investors.My goal is to buy (3) three to four multifamilies.I inherited a 3 family fully paid off and own my current home.Between the two I have roughly 550-600k in home equity.  

We don't cover that area, but know that due to lower population density, finding a great PMC is difficult. 

@Patrick Pan Why did you have to concede to that demand?

Just want to make sure it's ok to use the lease agreement since it says all rights reserved to bigger pockets.

It offers flexibility as a landlord to be able to offer more or less rooms as needed, protection to the landlord in that you can hedge with adding LTR or STR to the mix, and simplification to the business as your only dealing with one address.

Look into seller financing or subject to properties in the area that you want to purchase. 

People were panicking about their roofs collapsing and willing to pay almost anything to get someone up there to shovel them off.

It sounds like you don't have enough information due to conflicting reports.
