Hi I`m Yvans Sandian the Manager of Ks Property Ltd from Mauritius..I’ve just started in Real estate business and I Have Luxury apartments actually for sale in Mauritius, Suitable for foreigner or investors.My company will be focusing on buying and selling property in Mauritius.

We have some foreign buyers- vacation homes, snow birds etc now, but not much RE investor activity here in windermere, IMHO.

@Michel Lambert It definitely isn't too far to market as a vacation rental for tourists, but you would be looking at weekly rentals for foreign families in that area.

I am a foreign investor and its hard for me to fined a good one that i can trust.the contractors of my property manger are to busy and i want to fined a guy that i can work with and trust him.Thank you BP members for your advises like always!

I will be approaching the landlord of my current property with an offer, but I want to have finance sorted first.I am looking at taking a 30 year mortgage and will be putting at 20% deposit.Any banks or brokers that would work with some foreign rental income?

Coming from New Zealand, I have the option of stopping at Hawaii, or continuing to the main USA to set the account up.I'd be interested to know which banks are the most "Investor Friendly" especially in terms of foreign investors.I've heard that the smaller banks may be better to work with in the long term.

With the dollar so low, the Toronto market looks much more appealing for foreign investors right now.Basically, it doesn't look to me like the market is going to crash anytime soon.If there is a crash on the market, it will not be easy to predict.

Does anyone have experience with foreign tax withholding when foreigner flip and sell investing property in United States?
