Cozy needs to get their sh1t together on credit cards.

I have got a question in regard to the screening tool that Cozy offers.

I’ve been using their site for listings, my smart move for background checks and Cozy for payment.  

I've been very happy with Cozy so far.  

I did all my transactions through cozy.co and also collect rent and manage the property as well through cozy.

I will say that I use Cozy and love the service.

I was going to try Cozy's paid service to do background checks and credit reports.

I am in the process of trying to change to money orders and online payments through Cozy.

I was referred to Cozy for an app to use when screening which is fine, i can do that through my iPhone.

Since it is only one property, i think excel sheet will be enough but if you buy a few more properties, you should use some kind of property management software as it covers almost every aspect of your property management work.Here is the list of individual softwares that a lot of independent real estate owners use.Document storage : Google drive, Dropbox, BoxRent payment : Cozy, Zelle, Rentpaymen.com, ClickpayAccounting : Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Xero
