This would have ensured better communication and transparency. 

I can't believe how many owners go for months with no communication and no payments, and then they eventually find out the tenant moved away, and the rental is sitting empty.

Communication/transparency with both current and potential investors is paramount to gaining the trust of LP's.

I have spent the last 8 years co-managing a small remodeling LLC, and have an primary background in project management, client coordination and admin communications/support. 

We have a great relationship and great line of communication.

She connected me with so many people (home inspector, insurance agent, lender etc), but allowed me to handle communication with them directly so that I was aways in the loop with what was going on.

The lender will only communicate about a specific loan with the borrower.

I doubt there’s one day out of the whole year that we do not do something either my wife or myself that is not real estate/business related.We have worked with some agents ects that go off the radar completely on the weekends or possibly take a two week vacation and will not communicate during those times.
