We self manage our other properties and are pretty good at the channels and the marketing aspect, there would still be much work to do in finding the right contacts to make it possible; I.E cleaners, maintenance, preferred vendors etc.

Or get a professional cleaner? 

No (reasonable) court is going to side with his claim that his payment applies to the current due and that the past due just somehow mysteriously vanished into the air.

Now they only want to let 2% of the air out at a time to deflate it which will take decades.

Sadly people think they can generate leads out of thin air, meaning the person they called wouldn't have realized they wanted to sell their home had not the wholesaler or investor hit them up to ask if they would be willing to.

I would say that cleaners are the single most important thing for my STR's.

If you're at a loss and paying off the shortage still puts you at a loss I think your best bet is selling, or seeing how you can get more income from current rents by making it mid term/seasonal or an air bnb.
