Sure, some are miserable people who live to make others miserable as well but most just want to do the job and move along.Every area as a few sticking points they seem to emphasize that other areas wouldn't take a second look at (eg- placement of sprinkler heads, etc.) which can cause headaches but once you learn them can be accounted for next time.

There is growth in both of these markets, with major companies in each it causes a higher demand for rentals.
