I am a partner in a mobile home business.

I have a burning question, is GIG separate from the property management folks at Graystone.

Snow is this mobile home in a park and do they own the land under it? 

I'm learning about BRRRR strategy right now, and would love to utilize it, however dont want to burn all my capital on one property.

Just watching how he took no blame for burning 100s of investors out of millions of dollars then running.. .I cant see how he could earn anyones business.

Dave is great for budgeting and consumer debt reduction,  but was burned when his commercial / portfolio loans were called on him all at once.

That's always the case, they will ignore and believe otherwise until they are burned themselves. 

@Bobby Dailey I would also suggest small towns outside of Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
