I keep fluids synthetic where possible and take advantage of extended change intervals where possible.

I would need my cash to be more fluid than what you have explained.

And when thieves brake in multiple times while your trying to rehab it ( see another BP post of a nice lady experiencing that) and let m know when you have to buy security systems so your houses don't get trashed..

Granted she's high use (home all day, walker/wheelchair etc), but we found that it wasn't really waterroof, and allowed fluid to seep betwen seams (dog pee).
