Hey everyone, my name is Alex, I’m a new investor in Ontario and I have learned so much watching the podcasts and reading books from bigger pockets, I love the community and how helpful everyone has been, I would love to network with some other Canadian investors and learn some more!

Simple enough.What makes it unique is that we have operated a profitable and successful business out of our home for nearly 4 years as a highly booked Hostel and event space + potential urban market farm.

@Chris Piper  all do respect way to much info , to many spend so much time reading books watching videos, going to seminars, and building their " Power Team " .

But podcasts, books, seminars, I feel so lost still. 

I can write a book on it, but I do not know the solution other than to get rid of the most incompetent of the appraisers. 

You are off to a great start with savings and those two books under your belt.

@Noah Bussanich:On structure, something like the Best Ever Real Estate Syndication book by Joe Fairless will help outline some of the basics.Kim Lisa Taylor on these forums owns a law firm that specializes in syndications, and offers a free book, a free consultation.But the term "how to structure" can mean a lot of things.  

There was always another book to read or seminar to attend in my search for the secret sauce.

While living there and renting out the other units you will learn more than you can read in any book or absorb from any podcast. 

If I was going to consider them I would want to see at least 12 months of books.
