OTH, it is not secured by title necessarily but certainly takes the flavor of an installment sale like a land contract.Regardless, IMO, these Acts will be the new base line from which to judge predatory practices regardless of whether or not a seller is required to comply.

I would just use bullets or just list each item without the Bold first letter.
