My response is " I assert you could use quick analysis as a filter because if someone is asking ridiculous price for a property, you should not waste your time digging so deep just to find out that you will pay 50% or even less of the asking price".For example, if 10 unit buildings in your farm area are selling for $500,000 and you see a 10 unit building (same type of property) listed for $900,000, you shouldn't spend hours analyzing it all the way unless it makes sense to look into it by using a quick filter.
