My family is very frugal and minimalist, so other than food and baby stuff and a monthly public transportation ticket, 10 dollers a month for cell phone,  we have no expenses.So what do i do with all my income?

You can also do skip-tracing, which gives you the ability to find the homeowner's most recent phone number.

First, I would echo what Ty said with the emphasis that the call you received was likely a skeezy lender just trying to get you on the phone, find out what your interest rate is, etc, and try to beat it.

Finding tenants via facebook, craigslist, word of mouth, etc.. doing a phone screen, running background checks, etc.. takes A LOT of my time.

After several phone calls and eventually an in person meeting with Michael Ray from renters warehouse everything seemed pretty good.
