For example, if a home has an accurate value and list price of $450,000 and I can get if for $400,000 (because of incentives and timing), and it sells for $490,000 three years later, I am not as concerned with a monthly break even cash flow scenario.- Some builders aren't as friendly to investorsI hope that helps.Thank you so much!

In response, I had a plumber and a water restoration company come to assess the situation.The restoration company cut into the drywall, and the plumber thoroughly inspected all the pipes, performed a leak test, and conducted a pressure test.

In that case, this would need to be an all-cash purchase and could be sold along with any liens, violations, or judgments against the property to be the responsibility of the purchaser.To your point, this is difficult but feasible.
