In your utopian view of things the world works in lockstep and everyone gets what they want from the situation.

Springfield, Ashland City and Pleasant View are all areas that we are seeing more activity and interest in, so it is definitely an area to look into!

I'd love to see how someone who has been successful in the industry views things so anything you are willing to share I'd appreciate. 

If you're a dead set on being a passive investor, it may take you longer than if you view it as a business and you are involved in it day to day but that's just a guess.

While I’m sure MH Parks have there place - the homes themselves are viewed more as depreciating assets by lenders - more like cars, and less like real estate.  

Generally people do not have agendas and usually keep thier personal belief and views out of things generally.

In their view, to be a licensed agent, you must learn the laws, pass tests, comply with a supervising broker and pass a background test.

The difference between my views and my lifelong friends is two things: knowledge and action.

So now when we CORRECTLY view it this way, we see it's a very VERY slow slog, over many MANY years. 

But there are pros to doing this too.I don't know Detroit very well and I plan on going there to meet with different PM and see their point of view and see if there's potential in all of this.
