Those are desirable areas where a nice 3 bed 1 bath unit can rent for 1,200 all day long.Don't fall victim to the pro formas showing New Haven and Hartford to be these amazing places.

Some of the best advice I got that I will forget was this:"SOME OF THE BEST DEALS, ARE THE ONES YOU DON'T GET"Let that sink in for a while...I remember 4117 s Michigan Ave. here in Chicago, it was an awesome 8 unit full gut condo conversation - I loved the deal and still belileve it would have been a great deal, but would have pinched me so thin I am not sure how I would have survived.

Going to try out PayRange, the Shine Pay is slightly more expensive and the one quote about the 20 units appears to be from shinepay as it is the only qoute they ever made... not sure which is better but both look like good options

Personally I was not stoked on the engagement fee and on that particular project, the listing agent (who promised to notify us if anyone else was kicking the tires on the lots) sold one of them and the project didn't make sense at the new number or units
