-i searched on google maps and it has this amazing feature that allows you to see the street in "3D" so with the mouse on my computer i "drove" around the neighborhood i would like to wholesale in, (where i think the best deals FOR THE BUYER) will be, not for my personal gain. with wholesaling, when doing research on properties, its easy to get excited about what you can potentially make, but anyone who has read "think and grow rich" knows that any profit is a reward. my motivation for wholesaling houses in the "hood" is because it is my home.

I want to locate a place I can call home, but also become very knowledgable so I can secure property to either rehab and rent or flip (make money).Don't need to get rich quick approach, rather solid practical ways to be successful!

If financing is something you do not know about, you could get a "cash-rich Partner to help you do certain things.  

However like rich says it depends on your resources.

I have no interest in get rich quick, but rather, want to build excellent relationships and be a trustworthy person.

Wondering how the rich seem to get richer, while the working middle class works the hardest with practically very little to show for it in the end?
