(Such as landing pages/ squeeze pages, Blog posting, SEO, PPC, Adwords, Professional facebook page, Social Media, Instagram, Tweeter, Linkedin, Lead Generations, CRM, Phone system, Hiring VA, Training VA, Craigslist, Lead Generations, IFTTT, Zapier, Globiflow, Podio, Zoho, CRM, InfusionSoft, PipeDrive, Investor Carrot, Lead Propeller, ...etc.

Hey guys, I do a whole lot with internet marketing and get a lot of my leads for my wholesale deals from targeted ads and organic traffic from SEO work.

Have a website with (improving) SEO, have done bandit signs (but don't now), have done a variety of mailings. 

Is it SEO from posting in the forums, selling property in the marketplace, partnering with fellow BP'ers, etc?

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) takes longer to generate leads, but is also a pretty passive ay to find deals. 

When you are looking for a good website, you will definitely need to consider a few thing that are critical to the success of any real estate investing business:1) Are they built from the ground up to attract leads with inbuilt SEO features?

I don't mind paying for SEO, but all the companies that I have considered using don't seem to be using SEO for themselves.

Airbnb is picking up, Craigslist has some leads, SEO, PPC, Retarget marketing, mobile friendly, etc.
