Can you all help me in recommending a good CRM for monitoring a prospecting campaign that includes direct mail and seo to start (likely to expand/change as we learn and grow)? 

Focus on cheaper avenues like SEO (which takes a while) cold calling, D4D. 

I’ve been debating between REIBB and carrot but the later has the CRM and many other features but I’m not sure how well they compete with carrot SEO?

@Fang Underhill Well... based on replies I suppose it is best to use existing infrastructure to syndicate.I think you would need lots of other marketing skills(social media, YT, Ads, SEO, Analytics) to get yourself known and the website properly built.

What you do NOT want to do is search 'Lenders who can close fast' - if you get lucky this can work but the more likely scenario is that you just get the lender who pays the most for SEO ...You may also want to explore seller financing.

"If something doesn't work, just do more of it".The methods for lead generation I recommend, is SEO, Facebook ads, Youtube ads...
