When I was leaving the event there was a couple walking out and one of the sales guys was walking with them and trying to pressure sell them on the next event.I have thought about going to another 2hr event just to pass out small slips of paper with biggerpockets.com printed on them.

@Matthew Kissane I'm not familiar with FL warranty companies but my suggestion would be to look up a few different ones and read the fine print on coverage and deductibles.

You have to research this information deep deep in some county website late at night for years on end before you really get a good feel for it.Most "ebooks" aren't worth the "epaper" they're printed on.
