Just a pointer - my library lets me borrow any of the above books and thousands more for free in audio format.  

If you go to the library, you''ll see sections broken down in categories, fiction, bios, non-fiction, hsitoric, geez maybe instructional or even a legal section or, oh my....reference.....amazing!

I've read a few books at the library on buying property, but I feel like I get better answers to many of my questions here.I have not found any real step by step book.

It's across the street from the senior center and new library, so I am hoping to draw in that elderly crowd as future renters and work on acquiring all the buildings around me as well :)Thanks for the warm welcome!

We meet every Friday at 1200 at the Chinese Buffet on Russell Pkwy and have a monthly meeting, usually the third Thursday from 6-8pm at either the Centerville library or Nola Brantley Library.

Paying $16 to hang and finsh a 12'pc in the DC area (labor only) is cheap and you"ll get what you pay for.

If you have a local law school (state university is best since they are supported by your tax dollars), check out the law library to see if they have LexisNexis access.

The library was my friend, later replaced by BiggerPockets.
