Fannie does allow vesting to be changed to an entity after 6 months of seasoning on title AND the original owner must have continuity in entity that is being added to vesting.

Hi, just to clarify on the trans union report, the "resident score" is their credit score?

In this case the original owner, the wholesaler and myself all knew what was going on, so there was no deception involved.
