I'm also looking out-of-state, another Indiana property, Ohio (Columbus), Missouri (Kansas City area), Tennessee (an hour outside of Nashville or Memphis), Florida Panhandle (why are so many people moving to Florida?). 

Going forward I intend to be more in the Nashville and Huntsville areas, and would love to connect with anyone trying to get into the creative finance and multifamily space, as well as anyone who is already in the space and looking for more opportunities.

Preferably someone in Nashville area, but open to location so long as there is adequate experience. 

I don't know about out there but in Nashville, including builder fees, build cost is around $185/sf.
