. :)I suspect HU is just like any other marketing company be it Norada Maverick Real Weath network Hartman etc etc.. you pick a market by picking a provider who will work your system and pay you to play.. that how it works no mystery in that. but hey its the investors choice at the end of the day if they feel they want the level of help you provide or the other companies provide and don't want to deal direct with a turn key provider  then that's fine for sure.. after all its their money.

SEO is such a mystery to the general public and it feels like real estate investors in general are terrible marketers... but then again most of marketing is failing and taking that data and adjusting.

We had a GC come out and look at it, who estimated it, but then as that went underway, we figured out the mystery - the electrical couldn't support both units -- blammo a few K more.

I think buyers are not going to participate and it will bring prices down, how many people participate in the selling side is a mystery to me.

Maybe that mysterious contact you can't find pops up on your radar then.

LOLthere is no magic to this that is area specific and this is not some big mystery of how to do them.. they are really quite simple...

They have a direct feed from 98% of the 3150 or so counties in the US.What is great about this data is that it’s usually super fresh (they tell you how old it is before you download it) and it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the mystery/difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

But in reality, you and I may represent less than 2% of the people who can be exposed to some measure of Chaetomium or Stachybotrys, or some other mystery mold and will react.
