Repairs are going to happen even in new places - a spoon in a garbage disposal - a football through a window - koolaid on the carpet.

@Mindy Jensen my fantasy is that you go ahead and read my above post, with a straight face, in order.

So, someone in a football town that only rents out their house on football weekends is shown with 99% occupancy with some crazy amount per night. 

You could ask if they are serious about selling now.Also, realize that some folks are just wanting a million dollars for a doghouse in their fantasy and no matter how good you are, you won't get them. 

Repurposing real estate is a secret fantasy of mine as well.  

I played football, baseball, basketball, and track and field in high school and not that I think about it being a perfectionist might derive from what those sports instilled.
