Like many in these forums, we’ve been attempting to take in as much relevant info (podcasts, blogs, vlogs, etc.) as we can in order to fully understand what the buying and subsequent management of one of these properties entails.

Hey Aaron,The easiest way is to get your contractor to walk through the house and give you an estimate.The other thing you can do is break down what the renovation is going to entail and call around to get estimates over the phone for what that scope might cost.Try and get the material costs and the labor costs separated when you do get your numbers to get a better gauge on who's giving you the best pricing.Good luck!

I don't know what  a ' lesbian initiation room' room entails,   I'm sure there was plenty of logic in coming up with that term though.. but I do know we have done maintenance calls  for a young couple  and saw  multiple strap- ons!
