When you think of cycles the first thing that comes to mind is a sine wave with the upside curve and the downside curve.

Closest place to the Garden of Eden (lots of eels but NO snakes) that I have ever spent.BUT being from Australia I couldn't get used to the black sand beaches, but the 20 ft waves were amazing.

It is possible to substitute your active income with passive income, but it will take a strong knowledge base, with a healthy dose of hard work and also the wave of the market rising.

So maybe it's the wave of the future?

It comes in waves, for 4 months we didn't find anything, then all of a sudden we have come across 4 good deals in the last 30 days and I am trying to figure out how to buy all of them.

I still have a ton of stuff to learn in this ever changing market but am excited to ride the wave of adventure that comes with real estate investing.

It's not...everything else aside...with the current wave of CFPB and related regulatory issues (many of which remain vague and open ended)...risk and liability have risen dramatically and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future.We do offer one of the premier software platforms for servicers as well as a variety of servicing options for investors/note buyers.

I'm currently residing in beautiful Southern California where the palm trees are tall and the waves are big.
