The conference looks like it has a good amount of value, but with the Paper Source conference in April, and the Note Expo conference in November, it's difficult to justify the cost of travel, hotel, food and the conference for yet another event in our note investing niche. 

Here's the tip:- Have a conference call with qualified investors to talk about your deal and...record it! 

I found one multi-family in eastern WA I hope to close on in February.  

I went to Than Merril conference but as soon as I realized it was less training and more selling of their products , I lost interest .

It should read, "Looking for a sucker to attend the Than Merrill conference." 

I met her and talked with her briefly after the conference and she definitely knows her stuff.
