Instead of a security system or metal grates, I'd just replace the entry doors with good looking solid wood exterior doors with small decorative windows at the top, and of course a deadbolt.

I would not want to buy from a website that has grammatical, spelling, or any kind of errors. 2) The pictures are very blurry and the decorating is a little off.

I've had success with Laminate Flooring on rehabs under 150k, primarily in living areas, etc, but not in kitchen/baths, as laminate is worthless when it gets wet.I use Floor n Decor, they have plenty of styles of 12mm laminate under $1.50 sq ftA great installer makes a big difference too.
