You will want to craft a letter that causes people to call you.  

I've been working probates for three decades and 90% of my business is by attorney and legal professional referrals.Don't bother the attorneys until you are a seasoned investor, mastered your craft and can demonstrate your knowledge and professionalism.

I have also used "hold harmless and indemnification" agreements, these must be crafted properly to be upheld, there must be consideration that goes beyond what is thought of as consideration on this site, it can't be one sided, but you can evade much of the risks involved with another party, not third parties.

For someone to say it would take a week with their crew and I can do  myself in 4 days I know they are poor at their craft or scammers. 

I love hearing negative comments about wholesalers because it really fires me up and makes me want to master my craft (I am a wholesaler by the way).
