Hi Sean, welcome to the community!

I have a strong network here and know the key players/stakeholders in the community and am trying to learn how I can get involved to make an impact to change the community and restore the existing (beautiful) infrastructure. 

@Nishan Akwalia It is not a problem especially if you are in Community state.

When you ask a question like this as your first question, all it tells the community is that you haven't done any research on your own or tried anything for even a second.

For those who have ventured into Co-Living, what strategies have you found most effective in ensuring both financial success and a strong sense of community?

I am already doing an analysis...will share it with the community when I complete it.

I've been very involved in this forum for a long time, and I can't recall too many instances where this community has been negative towards notes.
